Job Description

A. Talent acquisition:
1. Manage full cycle of recruitment process ensuring a positive candidate experience through
the interview i.e. attract, select, interview, negotiate and extend offer.
2. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
3. Source & screen candidates resumes and job applications via Job Portals and social media
4. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
5. Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices!
6. Collaborate with Management to understand business requirements, positions and
recruiting needs
7. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection
8. Develop an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as
succession planning needs dictate.
9. Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring
10. Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques and best practices in HR.
11. Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
tracking recruiting activities and providing weekly activity reporting to Management.
12. Building and maintain relation with professional recruitment firms/recruiters and ensuring
smooth, consistent, and effective flow of candidates from external recruitment firms,
wherever necessary.
B. HR Administration & Self Governance:
1. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
2. Responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring company's Social
Media strategy to increase brand awareness. Actively manage the Company page on
LinkedIn to attract potential resources.
3. Handle onboarding & offboarding processes starting from new hire orientation to
conducting exit interviews.
4. Maintain and update personnel files and records.
5. Coordinate with Finance to process the payroll & ensure pays lips are issued on time.
6. Work with the Management in administering the performance evaluation process.
7. Coordinate organizational training and development efforts like conducting events,
sessions, employee get-togethers and other branding activities; empha on
strengthening employer brand and promoting company's reputation as a great place to
8. Assist the reporting manager with various research/special projects.
9. Recommend new ideas, approaches and procedures to enhance the efficiency and value
of the HR department & the Company
10. Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
