Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Mumbai. The Human Resources Manager will oversee all aspects of talent management, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and performance management. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies for various new roles that are being created ensuring compliance with labor laws, fostering employee engagement, maintaining a strong company culture, clarity in persons regarda their roles and responsibilities, reveiw mechasim system. The role also involves managing payroll, benefits, training programs, and resolving employee relations issues in alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Talent Management: Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
• HR Strategy and Compliance: Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance frameworks
• Employee Engagement: Skills in cultivating a positive work environment and fostering employee satisfaction
• Administrative Tasks: Expertise in payroll management, benefits administration, and HR databases
• Interpersonal and Communication Abilities: Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Data and Analytical Skills: Ability to manage and interpret HR metrics and analytics for informed decision-making
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred but not required
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is considered a plus
