This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment and hiring processes, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. The role also involves coordinating training and development programs, managing payroll and benefits, and handling disciplinary actions and conflict resolution. The HR Manager will work closely with different departments to support organizational goals and enhance workplace culture.

• Experience in recruitment, hiring processes, and employee relations
• Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance
• Skilled in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Ability to manage payroll, benefits, and coordinate training and development programs
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience in conflict resolution and handling disciplinary actions
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the use of HR software and tools is beneficial
