we have an urgent hiring for hr manager at ahmedabad
key responsibilty -
- manage end -to end hr operation including recruitment, onboarding, documents and exit formalities.
- handle payroll processing , attendance and leave management
- develop and imlpement hr policies and procedures.
- coordinate with department heads to fullfill internal hiring requirements
- support training and development activities.
- ensure compliance with labor and laws and company policies.
- maintain accurate employee records and prepare hr mis reports.
- address employee grievances and drive emlpoyees engagement intiatives.
- requirements-
- graduate / pg dergree in hr or a related field
- 5-8+years of experience in hr operation and recruitment (preferably in a recruitment or staffing firm)
- strong understanding of hr processes, statutory compliance, and hrms tools.
- excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- proactive, organized and able to multitask in a fast - paced environment.
- must be comfortable with a 6 days work week and ready to join immediately.
