Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Chennai. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment processes, managing employee relations, implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and developing strategies for employee engagement and retention. Additional tasks include coordinating training and development programs, performance management, and handling payroll and benefits administration.

Qualifications

• Experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
• Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Negotiation skills
• Proficiency in HR Policies, Procedures, and Compliance with Labor Laws
• Ability to develop and implement Employee Engagement and Retention strategies
• Effective Communication, Leadership, and Organizational skills
• Experience with Performance Management and Training and Development programs
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
• Experience in Payroll and Benefits Administration
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional HR certification (e.g. SHRM, PHR) is a plus
