Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR operations, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training employees. The role will also involve developing HR policies, handling employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and managing performance evaluations. The Human Resources Manager will support senior management in strategic planning and contribute to a positive work environment.

• Prior experience in a managerial role is a plus
