Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and people-oriented HR Interns who aspire to become HR Managers. This role offers a structured career path in human resource management, with hands-on experience across various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management.

As an HR Intern, you'll be part of a dynamic and growth-focused HR team shaping the workforce for one of India's fastest-growing global enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
  • Support HR operations, including documentation, HRMS updates, and compliance.
  • Coordinate employee engagement and internal communication initiatives.
  • Assist in designing and implementing learning and development programs.
  • Contribute to performance management and appraisal tracking.
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for leadership review.

Who Can Apply

  • Fresh graduates or final-year students in HR, Management, or Psychology.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Passion for people management, talent development, and HR innovation.
  • Familiarity with HR tools or applicant tracking systems is an advantage.

Compensation & Growth Path

  • Internship Stipend: 10,000 15,000/month (based on academic credentials, experience, and interview performance).
  • Duration: 612 months.
  • On successful completion, interns will be absorbed as HR Managers with:
  • Fixed Compensation: 3 4 LPA
  • Variable Pay: Performance-based incentives.
