Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and people-oriented HR Interns who aspire to become HR Managers. This role offers a structured career path in human resource management, with hands-on experience across various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management.
As an HR Intern, you'll be part of a dynamic and growth-focused HR team shaping the workforce for one of India's fastest-growing global enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Support HR operations, including documentation, HRMS updates, and compliance.
- Coordinate employee engagement and internal communication initiatives.
- Assist in designing and implementing learning and development programs.
- Contribute to performance management and appraisal tracking.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for leadership review.

Compensation & Growth Path
- Internship Stipend: 10,000 15,000/month (based on academic credentials, experience, and interview performance).
- Duration: 612 months.
- On successful completion, interns will be absorbed as HR Managers with:
- Fixed Compensation: 3 4 LPA
- Variable Pay: Performance-based incentives.
