Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Help organize and execute HR initiatives, such as employee engagement activities and training programs.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and policies.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR and recruitment with a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Prior internship or work experience in HR is a plus, but not required.
