Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting with HR management tasks, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and handling personnel management duties. Key tasks include maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment efforts, assisting with onboarding processes, and providing general HR administrative support.

- Experience in HR Management and HR Policies
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Pursuing or completion of a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in an internship or similar role in HR is a plus
