About the role:
We are hiring an HR Intern to support our HR team in essential functions. This internship will provide hands-on experience in HR operations and contribute to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in collaborating with department heads to understand manpower needs and support resource planning
- Support recruitment and attrition management activities
- Help plan and execute employee wellness initiatives and engagement events
- Respond to employee inquiries and escalate issues as necessary
- Assist with employee lifecycle activities
- Coordinate with payroll and finance teams for accurate salary inputs
- Assist in preparing HR reports and dashboards for leadership review
- Support grievance management and foster a positive work environment
Requirements:
- Must have an MBA or Masters in organizational behaviour
- 0-6 months of experience in HR (internships or part-time experience welcome)
- Basic knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, retention, payroll)
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and learn quickly
