Job Description

About the role:

We are hiring an HR Intern to support our HR team in essential functions. This internship will provide hands-on experience in HR operations and contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in collaborating with department heads to understand manpower needs and support resource planning
  • Support recruitment and attrition management activities
  • Help plan and execute employee wellness initiatives and engagement events
  • Respond to employee inquiries and escalate issues as necessary
  • Assist with employee lifecycle activities
  • Coordinate with payroll and finance teams for accurate salary inputs
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and dashboards for leadership review
  • Support grievance management and foster a positive work environment

Requirements:

  • Must have an MBA or Masters in organizational behaviour
  • 0-6 months of experience in HR (internships or part-time experience welcome)
  • Basic knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, retention, payroll)
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and learn quickly
