Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition (TA) and Campus Hiring activities for both technical and non-technical roles, especially for AI, Data, R&D, Product Engineering, Software Testing, and related domains. The intern will work closely with the HR team to drive hiring pipelines, coordinate campus programs, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition Technical & Non-Technical
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/WhatsApp assessments
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, panelists, and candidates
- Maintain applicant tracking sheets and pipeline dashboards regularly
- Support end-to-end hiring for AI, ML, CV, Data Science, Product, UX, QA, Software Testing.
- Assist in documentation, offer rollout, and candidate onboarding activities
2. Campus Hiring (AI & R&D Focused
- Support campus outreach activities such as placement drives, job talks, and student engagement plans
- Coordinate with colleges, training partners, and internal stakeholders
- Manage campus communication, schedules, and logistics during placement drives
- Help organize tests, GDs, interviews, and anchor communication with placement cells
3. Recruitment Operation
- Maintain candidate trackers, MIS reports, and recruitment dashboards
- Update job postings and assist in creating JDs for new roles
- Ensure proper documentation in all hiring stages
- Assist in vendor coordination for assessments or hiring solutions
4. Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with TA managers, R&D team leads, and project owners
- Ensure timely updates and feedback loop management with internal teams
- Support HRBP activities related to new joiners in the tech teams
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Good understanding of hiring processes and HR operations.
- Comfortable working on multiple roles at a time.
- Basic understanding of AI, R&D, or tech terminology (preferred but not mandatory Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheet
- Ability to manage stakeholders and work under deadline
Educational Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM/BBA in HR or any related field
- Candidates currently pursuing final year or fresh graduates can apply
