Role Description

We're looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern who's ready to dive into the world of recruitment and sourcing. This internship will give you hands-on exposure to end-to-end hiring processes, from finding the right talent to engaging with potential candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Source potential candidates through job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.)

Screen resumes and shortlist profiles as per role requirements

Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates

Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases

Assist in employer branding and HR initiatives

Qualifications

• A final-year student or recent graduate (preferably in HR, Management, or related field)
• Passionate about HR and recruitment
• Excellent communicator with strong people skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
