Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Management Hire and onboard creative roles (writers, designers, strategists, editors) and maintain a pool of freelancers and interns.
2. Onboarding & Training Create structured onboarding, tool familiarization, and content-process training for new hires.
3. Performance & Growth Tracking Set review systems, gather feedback from team leads, and help plan growth paths for creative roles.
4. Culture & Engagement Build a positive, creative culture through team activities, recognition programs, and burnout check-ins.
5. HR Operations Manage attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, and maintain contracts and HR documentation.
6. Employer Branding Strengthen the agency's reputation on LinkedIn and other platforms through hiring campaigns and showcasing work culture.
