Human Resources Intern

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Gurugram. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. The intern will assist in day-to-day HR operations and will play a key role in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Experience with developing and implementing HR Policies
• Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or currently pursuing)
