About the Role
Looking for an HR Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in HR functions, working in a dynamic and creative environment.
Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews to find the best talent for our growing team
- Employee Engagement: Help plan and execute fun team activities, celebrations, and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- HR Operations: Support in maintaining employee records, onboarding processes, and other administrative tasks
- Policy Development: Collaborate on drafting and implementing workplace policies and procedures
What We're Looking For
- A proactive, energetic individual with a keen interest in HR and people management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Prior exposure to HR (through internships or coursework) is a plus
- Students from Delhi University (DU) will be preferred
