About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in daily operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and policy implementationideal for someone starting their HR career.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups
- Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and documentation
- Support onboarding activities: offer letters, joining formalities, induction, etc.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and surveys
- Assist in monitoring attendance, leave records, and HR compliance tasks
- Help in preparing HR reports, MIS, and presentations
- Participate in drafting HR policies, notices, and communication
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Skills & Qualifications- Completed BBA/MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Good understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
