Role OverviewAs an HR Intern, you will support multiple functions within the Human Resources team, including Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and HR Business Partner support.
This internship offers hands-on exposure to HR operations, providing an opportunity to gain real-world corporate experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates and interview panels.
- Follow up on interview feedback and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Support in updating and refining job descriptions based on business requirements.
Onboarding
- Coordinate with managers and stakeholders to prepare onboarding plans.
- Facilitate meet-and-greet sessions for new joiners and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Conduct 30/60/90-day connect sessions and maintain onboarding data trackers.
HRBP Support
- Assist in HR follow-ups and employee communication.
- Support internal HR campaigns and poster design.
- Maintain and update employee data and distribution lists.
- Perform basic data analysis and reporting for HR projects.
Key Skills & Competencies- Available to work from the Noida office during the internship.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR / Psychology / Business Administration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a learning mindset.
- Proficient in Google Workspace or MS Office tools (Excel/Sheets).
Qualifications & Experience- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior internship or project experience in HR will be an advantage.
