Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes. The role will provide hands-on exposure to core HR functions, communication handling, and people management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate onboarding and documentation for new hires
- Maintain and update internal HR databases and trackers
- Support employee engagement activities and internal communications
- Draft and send emails, announcements, and notices to teams
- Assist in creating HR reports, performance summaries, and evaluation sheets
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree (preferably in HR, Management, or related fields)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, and basic Excel operations
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a professional work environment
