We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized HR Intern to assist in managing recruitment, coordination, and documentation processes within our growing team.
Role Overview The HR Intern will play a key role in supporting the company's hiring activities and internal coordination. The role involves recruiting creative professionals (photographers, videographers, editors, album designers, etc.) as well as other interns, managing team communication, maintaining reports, and handling documentation work. This position is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in human resource management and team operations within a creative industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment for various roles, including photographers, videographers, editors, album designers, and interns
- . Draft and post internship and job listings across different platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with shortlisted candidates.
- Manage team coordination and ensure smooth communication between departments.
- Collect weekly progress reports from interns and maintain performance tracking.
- Prepare and maintain HR documentation, including attendance, reports, and assignment logs.
- Support onboarding processes for new team members and interns.
- Ensure timely communication of updates, deadlines, and expectations to all team members.
