About the Role:

As a Recruitment Intern, you will play a crucial role in our talent acquisition team, gaining hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. This is a unique opportunity to learn from industry experts and contribute to building high-growth teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing: Identify and attract potential candidates using various sourcing methods, including job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Screening: Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate their fit for open roles.
- Candidate Management: Maintain and update candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all applicants.
- Job Postings: Assist in drafting and posting compelling job descriptions on different platforms.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Support: Provide administrative support to the recruitment team on various projects as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in any field (Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- A genuine interest in the field of human resources and talent acquisition.
