Role Description

This is a Hybrid, on-site role for a Human Resources Intern based in Mumbai. The Human Resources Intern will assist in day-to-day HR operations, including drafting HR policies, managing employee benefits, supporting personnel management activities, and contributing to HR strategies. Tasks may also include maintaining employee records, conducting preliminary interviews, and ensuring compliance with HR standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and concepts
• Understanding of HR Management and HR Policies
• Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR-related software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree (or ongoing) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
