Key Responsibilities
- Hiring & Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating smooth onboarding.
- Intern Team Management Supervise and mentor interns, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Performance & Reporting Track employee and intern performance metrics, prepare regular HR reports, and support appraisal processes.
- Operations Support Assist in daily HR operations, documentation, and policy implementation to ensure seamless workflow.
- Staff Continuity & Resource Planning Coordinate manpower planning, forecast hiring needs, and maintain workforce stability across teams.
