Human Resources (HR) Internship in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support key initiatives across Learning & Development, Strategy & Analytics, and Employee Engagement. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has an eye for design and data, and is keen to build a well-rounded foundation in HR.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Learning and Development
• Support the design and coordination of training programs and workshops.
• Assist in developing content for soft skills and other training modules.
• Help schedule, coordinate, and track training sessions and participation.
• Strategy and Analytics
• Assist in creating presentations and reports for HR initiatives.
• Support the development and maintenance of dashboards to track HR metrics.
• Apply design thinking to improve HR processes.
• Employee Engagement
• Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Help gather and analyze employee feedback through surveys, pulse checks, and other feedback mechanisms.
• Assist in creating communication materials for employee engagement initiatives.
• Interact with employees to create awareness about company policies.
