Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal references.
  • Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment records.
  • Support in drafting job descriptions and posting openings.
  • Assist with onboarding activities such as document collection, offer letter preparation, and induction coordination.
  • Maintain HR files, employee records, and documentation.
  • Support the HR team with administrative tasks, follow-ups, and communication.
  • Contribute to HR initiatives such as training coordination and employee engagement activities.
