Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal references.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment records.
- Support in drafting job descriptions and posting openings.
- Assist with onboarding activities such as document collection, offer letter preparation, and induction coordination.
- Maintain HR files, employee records, and documentation.
- Support the HR team with administrative tasks, follow-ups, and communication.
- Contribute to HR initiatives such as training coordination and employee engagement activities.
