Job Summary
Fission Infotech is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support the on-site HR team. This 3-month internship provides hands-on exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations within an IT company environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities (resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate coordination)
- Support onboarding and exit processes
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist in organizing training programs and employee engagement initiatives
- Draft HR communications, reports, and documentation
- Handle basic employee queries and coordinate with the HR team
- Support attendance tracking, payroll inputs, and compliance-related tasks
- Perform other HR administrative duties as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and best practices
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
