About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee and manage all HR operations. The ideal candidate should be strong in recruitment, employee engagement, HR policies, and day-to-day HR management within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee grievances, performance discussions, and conflict resolution
- Oversee attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance
- Support employee engagement activities and ensure a positive work culture
- Coordinate exit interviews and manage the full & final process
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 24 years of experience in HR management
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Good understanding of HR policies, labour laws, and HRIS tools
- Experience in the entertainment or media industry is a plus
