We are looking for a driven HR professional for a home decor exports manufacturing company with multiple locations across Bhadohi, Jaipur, and Delhi NCR. Interested applicants must have 3+ years of relevant experience.
As an HR, selected candidates will be responsible for the management and execution of all company HR policies and processes, as well as ensuring local, and export buyer compliance.
An indicative list of responsibilities includes, but is not limited to:
1. Recruitment: Conducting and managing the company's end-to-end recruitment process from identifying and attracting applicants to onboarding selected candidates.
2. HR Policy Execution: Preparing and managing the execution of the company's Human Resource Policy, which will include salary structures, attendance, leaves, designation progressions, employee benefits, and grievance redressal, amongst others.
3. Database Management: Maintaining a repository of company records which includes employee information, company policies, team structures, and pay roll information, amongst others.
4. Compliance Management: Ensuring legal compliance as per local laws, as well as export buyer requirements across different factories.
5. Work Culture Management: Ensuring a positive work environment with a focus on employee morale, employee engagement, and retention strategies, amongst others.
