Job Title: HR Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions (e.g., Banking, BPO, etc.).
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and track candidate pipelines, ensuring timely updates and smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Prior experience in Banking, BPO, or IT recruitment preferred .
- Basic understanding of Non-IT job roles and recruitment processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
