Human Resources Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India, for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, fostering positive employee relations, and supporting HR management practices. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with recruitment, performance management, and maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations.

• Experience in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) best practices
• Proficiency in HR Operations and implementing HR Policies
• Strong knowledge and skills in Employee Relations
• Familiarity with performance management systems and talent acquisition processes
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships
• Relevant professional certifications or a degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• Prior experience in a similar HR role is preferred
