Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

  • Manage end-to-end hiring cycle for various roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding).
  • Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates using job portals, social media, and networking.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience from first contact to joining.
  • Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports.

HRBP

  • Act as the point of contact for employees to address queries and concerns.
  • Assist in performance management processes.
  • Support employee engagement activities and retention initiatives.
  • Work with business leaders to understand HR needs and provide solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 24 years of HR experience, with strong focus on recruitment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
