Job Description

Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Additionally, the role includes supporting employee engagement initiatives to help foster a positive and connected workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand hiring requirements for various departments and job roles.
  • Source candidates using job portals, social media platforms, internal databases, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Manage offer negotiation and release of offer letters.
  • Track recruitment metrics and maintain daily/weekly reports.
  • Coordinate with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth candidate joining experience.
  • Organize and support employee engagement activities, such as events, celebrations, surveys, and wellness initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand talent gaps and hiring priorities.
  • Work in alignment with the assigned shift: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 13 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
  • Experience working with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is preferred.
  • Strong sourcing skills using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Creativity and enthusiasm for driving employee engagement initiatives.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience hiring for IT/non-IT/contract roles (customize as needed).
  • Basic knowledge of HR engagement tools and platforms.
  • Ability to coordinate both virtual and in-person engagement events.
