Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Additionally, the role includes supporting employee engagement initiatives to help foster a positive and connected workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand hiring requirements for various departments and job roles.
- Source candidates using job portals, social media platforms, internal databases, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Manage offer negotiation and release of offer letters.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain daily/weekly reports.
- Coordinate with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth candidate joining experience.
- Organize and support employee engagement activities, such as events, celebrations, surveys, and wellness initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand talent gaps and hiring priorities.
- Work in alignment with the assigned shift: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Experience working with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is preferred.
- Strong sourcing skills using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creativity and enthusiasm for driving employee engagement initiatives.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience hiring for IT/non-IT/contract roles (customize as needed).
- Basic knowledge of HR engagement tools and platforms.
- Ability to coordinate both virtual and in-person engagement events.
