Roles and Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition BDE Hiring:
Understand hiring requirements for the Business Development Executive (BDE) role.
Post job openings on platforms such as Naukri, Internshala, LinkedIn, and relevant college portals.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels.
Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical/managerial interviews.
Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
Interview Coordination:
Schedule and manage interviews in coordination with the Branch Manager and interview panel.
Follow up with candidates and ensure timely feedback is collected.
Onboarding & Documentation:
Assist in onboarding selected candidates by collecting necessary documentation and verifying credentials.
Support induction and orientation processes.
HR Operations Support:
Maintain accurate hiring and attendance records.
Assist in daily HR administrative functions and internal communication.
Attendance & Leave Compliance:
Monitor attendance for interns and new hires.
Ensure adherence to company's leave policy and escalate discrepancies to the Branch Manager.
Reporting:
Share daily and weekly recruitment status reports with the Branch Manager.
Provide suggestions to improve sourcing strategies and streamline the recruitment process.
Work Timings & Attendance Policy:
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:30 AM 7:30 PM
Leave Policy: 1 paid leave per month (prior approval required).
Discipline: Regular attendance and punctuality are mandatory. Uninformed absences may lead to stipend deductions or termination of the internship.
