Role Overview:

The HR Executive will play a key role in supporting the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, people-focused, and proactive in driving HR processes smoothly across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level roles sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Conduct HR round interviews and maintain candidate databases.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires documentation, induction sessions, and system setup.

2. HR Operations & Employee Records

  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HRMS regularly.
  • Handle documentation related to offer letters, confirmations, transfers, and exits.
  • Support in attendance tracking and leave management.

3. Payroll & Compliance

  • Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure accurate salary processing.
  • Assist in managing statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.) and vendor coordination.
  • Support in preparation of monthly HR reports and audits.

4. Employee Engagement & Welfare

  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, and recognition programs.
  • Support communication of HR policies and initiatives across teams.
  • Be a point of contact for employee queries and grievances, ensuring timely resolution.

5. Performance & Training Support

  • Assist in performance review cycles and appraisal documentation.
  • Coordinate with teams for training and development sessions.

Key Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Hands-on experience with HR software (HRMS, payroll tools).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA in Human Resources or related field.
  • 13 years of HR experience (preferably in a corporate or hospitality setup).
