Role Overview:
The HR Executive will play a key role in supporting the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, people-focused, and proactive in driving HR processes smoothly across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level roles sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Conduct HR round interviews and maintain candidate databases.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires documentation, induction sessions, and system setup.
2. HR Operations & Employee Records
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HRMS regularly.
- Handle documentation related to offer letters, confirmations, transfers, and exits.
- Support in attendance tracking and leave management.
3. Payroll & Compliance
- Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure accurate salary processing.
- Assist in managing statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.) and vendor coordination.
- Support in preparation of monthly HR reports and audits.
4. Employee Engagement & Welfare
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, and recognition programs.
- Support communication of HR policies and initiatives across teams.
- Be a point of contact for employee queries and grievances, ensuring timely resolution.
5. Performance & Training Support
- Assist in performance review cycles and appraisal documentation.
- Coordinate with teams for training and development sessions.

- Hands-on experience with HR software (HRMS, payroll tools).

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or MBA in Human Resources or related field.
- 13 years of HR experience (preferably in a corporate or hospitality setup).
