Key Roles & Responsibilities
Human Resources (HR):
- Handle end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and coordination.
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee files using HR software (Zoho People / Razorpay X Payroll).
- Support monthly payroll by collating attendance, leave, and reimbursement data.
- Draft HR letters: offer, confirmation, experience, relieving.
- Address employee queries related to HR and act as the first point of contact.
- Support employee engagement activities (birthdays, festivals, team events).
Administration (Admin & Vendors):
- Manage vendors for housekeeping, internet, courier/logistics, pantry, and other office services.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of office operations and facilities.
- Maintain contracts, agreements, and compliance-related records.
- Handle procurement of stationery, office supplies, merchandise, and IT accessories.
- Coordinate travel, hotel bookings, and local logistics for employees if needed.
- Support management in general office administration tasks.
Skills Required:
- 13 years of experience in HR / Admin / Office Coordination.
- Strong communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of HR policies, payroll, and compliance.
- Proficiency with MS Office / Google Workspace / Zoho One.
- Strong multitasking ability and proactive problem-solving attitude.
- Vendor management and negotiation skills.
