Human Resources Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, and maintaining positive employee relations. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
• Handle employee documentation and maintain HR records.
• Coordinate with internal teams for hiring requirements.
• Assist in attendance management, leave tracking, and employee engagement activities.
• Maintain employee database and HR MIS reports.
• Support payroll coordination and HR compliance activities.
• Address employee queries and maintain healthy workplace relations.
• Ensure smooth execution of HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct initial HR rounds and candidate follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR or Recruitment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment practices.
• Ability to work in night shifts.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in IT/Non-IT recruitment will be an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.
• Positive attitude with problem-solving ability.

Work Location: Iscon, Ahmedabad

Shift: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Night Shift)
