HR & Office Executive
Overview:
The person plays a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for the firm and its clients across various industries. We're looking for a candidate who has experience hiring for HR and People positions who'll ensure candidates are getting a fantastic experience during our recruitment process. We need a smooth communicator with a great sense of people. A tactician, who'll plan and execute first-class hiring strategies.
This role is essential in ensuring that the recruitment needs are met effectively alongwith efficient branding of the organisation and managing its administration aspects.
Talent is a core strategic priority in our growth objective, and we are looking for exceptional recruiters with a professional background to step change our approach tohiring. This individual should bring to the role a level of creative thinking, ingenuity, drive and problem-solving on par with any agile start-up. Not only will this person drive candidate sourcing and management from inception through to completion across several high-priority topics, but they will also set a new pace and framework for our way of working.

Location - East Delhi (candidate from Noida, Meerut and Ghaziabad can also apply and they can commute via metro as the office is at a walking distance from Nirman vihar metro station) and this is work from office role
Experience - 2-4 years (Strong experience in Consulting is must for hiring of candidates from CA, CS, Law background)
Activity - Work from office
Working - Mon-Fri
Clients - Large conglomerates including those who are in top ten of Fortune 500 in different sectors such as Tech, FS, Auto, Equipment's, R&D, Services etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates with an interview process that enhances our assessment quality while optimising the candidate experience.
- Partner with senior management to understand business needs and provide HR insights and solutions.
- Forecast HR trends and develop proactive strategies to address potential challenges.
- Being a trusted talent acquisition lead with a solid understanding of the talent pool.
- Market mapping of relevant companies, sectors, geographies, identifying target organizations, networks and talent pools. Building and maintaining a strong database and network of potential candidates for the firm and its clients across various domains.
- Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Implementing modern sourcing/recruiting methods.
- Participating in networking events and job fairs
- Building strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs.
- Managing multiple candidate pipelines and tracking candidate progress.
- Identifying and approaching suitable candidates.
- Conducting interviews and assessments.
- Consistently ensuring a fantastic candidate experience.
- Manage the end to end recruitment process which includes sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, preparation of salary proposal, and offer letters, making job offers as well as facilitating the on-boarding mandates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between shortlisted candidates and the firm's leadership.
- Conduct reference checks and background verification for selected candidates.
- Providing guidance to candidates on interview preparation and career development.
- Negotiating offers and managing the hiring process.
- Meeting recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Providing regular updates and feedback to the management / clients and candidates.
- Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations initiatives.
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance morale and retention.
Learning and Development:
- Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Identify training needs and coordinate training initiatives to address skill gaps.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
HR Operations and Compliance:
- Oversee HR operations, including payroll and record-keeping.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to maintain legal compliance and mitigate risks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter and administrator in a leading MNC or professional services environment
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting top talent for Audit, Finance, tax and Regulatory profiles including content creation, social media, and web development roles.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and selection processes.
