Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Coordinator located in Bellary. The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day HR management tasks including employee relations, benefits administration, and implementing HR policies. The role also involves coordinating recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in Benefits Administration
• Strong Employee Relations and HR Policies skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
