We are looking for an HR Business Partner position for our global client.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Support HR activities across multiple APAC countries, helping to align local needs with global HR guidelines.
- Assist senior leadership and HR teams in implementing HR initiatives, change management tasks, and employee engagement activities.
- Collaborate with regional HR stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Help with employee onboarding, integration, and alignment within regional teams.
- Support initiatives related to organizational development, team culture, and regional HR projects.
Qualifications
- Proven hands-on 5 years of experience in HR or a similar strategic HR role in a global company.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to challenge business decisions constructively and provide strategic HR solutions.
- Exceptional influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret HR analytics and trends.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Collaborative and approachable style, positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and exposure to global environments would be a great plus.
- Experience with change management and organizational development.
