About Our Client

We are looking for an HR Business Partner position for our global client.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Support HR activities across multiple APAC countries, helping to align local needs with global HR guidelines.
  • Assist senior leadership and HR teams in implementing HR initiatives, change management tasks, and employee engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with regional HR stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Help with employee onboarding, integration, and alignment within regional teams.
  • Support initiatives related to organizational development, team culture, and regional HR projects.

Qualifications

  • Proven hands-on 5 years of experience in HR or a similar strategic HR role in a global company.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to challenge business decisions constructively and provide strategic HR solutions.
  • Exceptional influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret HR analytics and trends.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Collaborative and approachable style, positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and exposure to global environments would be a great plus.
  • Experience with change management and organizational development.
