Key Responsibilities : Performance Management, HR Operations, Compliance, Culture, and SOP/SOW creation. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role.

Drive HR strategy and workforce planning

Lead and mentor the HR team

Manage end-to-end hiring across functions

Run KRAs/OKRs, reviews, and L&D initiatives

Strengthen culture, onboarding, and engagement

Manage payroll, HRMS, compliance, and documentation

Build and maintain SOPs and SOWs

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Business Partner (Senior Manager/AVP) located in Bengaluru, India, with flexibility for partial remote work. The professional will lead the development and implementation of HR policies, drive employee relations strategies, ensure compliance with labor and employment laws, and oversee performance management programs. The role involves collaborating with leadership to align business objectives with HR initiatives, while also fostering a positive organizational culture and managing change effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Human Resources (HR) practices, including HR Policies and Employee Relations.
  • Strong knowledge of Labor and Employment Law to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
  • Experience in Performance Management, including setting KPIs, conducting evaluations, and ensuring employee development.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment and manage a team across diverse functions.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications such as SHRM or HRCI are a plus.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in HR roles, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership position.
