Job Summary:
As an HR Business Partner at McCain Foods, you will leverage your extensive experience to align HR strategies with our business objectives. You will act as a key advisor to management, enhancing employee engagement, optimizing talent management, and promoting a positive organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership:
Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement HR initiatives that support McCain Food's strategic goals.
Provide insights on workforce planning, organizational development, and business growth strategies.
Talent Management:
Lead recruitment and retention strategies to attract top talent in the food industry.
Drive performance management processes, ensuring alignment with our core values and business objectives.
Employee Engagement:
Develop programs to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee morale.
Conduct employee surveys and focus groups to gather feedback and implement actionable improvements.
Training and Development:
Design and deliver training programs that build employee skills and support career development.
Identify leadership development opportunities to cultivate future leaders within McCains Food.
Compliance and Policy Oversight:
Ensure adherence to labor laws and industry regulations.
Develop and communicate HR policies and procedures that reflect McCains Food's values and culture.
Diversity and Inclusion:
Champion initiatives that promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Partner with leadership to create an environment where all employees feel valued and empowered.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Utilize HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and inform strategic decision-making.
Prepare and present reports to leadership on key HR initiatives and outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
10+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on strategic HRBP roles, ideally within the tech industry
Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and organizational development.
Proven ability to manage change and drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Proficient in HRIS and data analysis tools.
Hands on experience on SuccessFactors . (minimum 2 years).
