Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Business team and employees to improve workplace relationships, build morale, and boost productivity and retention.
- Provide day-to-day guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions etc.)
- Innovate & implement employee engagement strategies, execution as per engagement calendar
- Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations as and when necessary.
- Proactively assess team and manager development needs, recommend and implement relevant solutions through training programs.
- Evaluate and monitor the training programs to ensure success

- Proven work experience (2-4years) as an HRBP
