Work Setup - On-site (5 days WFO + All Saturdays are WFH & Half Days)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for key functions across the D2C ecosystem marketing, creative, growth, product, logistics, and customer experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Proactively source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with internal processes.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives, including social media content, career fairs, and recruitment events.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience reflective of Fraganote's culture and values.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1.53 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition (in-house or marketing agency).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport across all levels.
- Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Greenhouse, Lever).
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive, positive attitude with a passion for people and talent development.
