Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated HR professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with HR policies, payroll, onboarding, recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee engagement. Knowledge of Zoho tools (Zoho People, Zoho Payroll, Zoho Recruit, etc.) is highly preferred as we use Zoho to streamline our HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement.
  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead talent acquisition and recruitment efforts to attract top talent.
  • Handle employee lifecycle management from recruitment to exit formalities.
  • Coordinate and process payroll using Zoho HR tools.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Support management in workforce planning and performance management.
  • Promote a positive, transparent, and growth-oriented work culture.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, and payroll.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho HR tools (Zoho People, Payroll, Recruit).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, take ownership, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
