About the role
You will support day-to-day HR operations including employee documentation, recruitment coordination, onboarding, attendance & leave tracking, and HR communications across the properties.
Key responsibilities
Draft and manage daily HR correspondence (emails, notices, memos, letters)
Coordinate interviews, candidate scheduling, and feedback tracking
Assist with onboarding, joining formalities, and induction plans
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
Support payroll inputs
Coordinate training calendars
Handle HR queries with professionalism and confidentiality
Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace; basic HRIS exposure preferred
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with deadlines
Prior hospitality experience is an advantage (front office/HR/operations exposure welcome)
Salary: INR 25000 - 30000 based on experience.
