Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our Human Resources team as a Talent Acquisition and Operations Specialist, focusing on internal hiring for our IT staffing company.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Internal Talent Acquisition:

Develop and execute effective strategies for sourcing and attracting top talent within the IT industry.

Utilize various recruitment channels, including internal referrals, job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates.

Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations to hiring managers.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to offer acceptance and onboarding.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS

Employee Relations:

Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related issues.

Handle employee grievances, complaints, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies

HR Compliance:

Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, including employee files and HRIS data.

Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR management.

Employee Engagement:

Plan and coordinate employee recognition programs, events, and activities.

Work closely with management to address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.

Requirements:

MBA from Reputed Institution

2 to 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, or a similar role, with a focus on internal hiring within the IT industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
