Job Summary:
We are looking for a well-organized and responsible HR & Admin Executive to support our Pune office. The role includes handling day-to-day administrative operations along with basic recruitment support. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations including housekeeping, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
- Handle petty cash management, bill settlements, and expense tracking.
- Monitor office supplies, courier management, and asset tracking.
- Manage meeting room arrangements, and visitor coordination.
- Ensure office facilities are well-maintained and operational at all times.
- Prepare administrative reports, maintain MIS, and support management with documentation.
- Assist with basic recruitment activities (screening, scheduling, follow-ups).
- Maintain employee files, HR documentation, and compliance-related records.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- 12 years of experience in HR or Administrative roles.
- Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Basic knowledge of HR processes.
