We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves a deep understanding of the staffing needs across our various campuses and the ability to effectively manage the recruitment and onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with department heads across different campuses to understand and compile staffing requirements.
- Develop and post job advertisements, deciding on the most effective channels for each role.
- Screen incoming applications, conduct initial assessments, and gather additional information as needed beyond the resume.
- Schedule and organize interviews, ensuring the right hiring panels are in place for each role.
- Efficiently gather and compile interview feedback from panel members.
- Conduct initial onboarding for new hires, introducing them to the institution's vision, mission, values, and code of conduct.
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment, interview, and onboarding processes.
