Roles Responsibilities:

Organize team-building activities, workshops, and events to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Collaborate with the finance team to assist in the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payroll transactions.
Regularly monitor and track employee attendance, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Be actively involved in the end-to-end recruitment cycle, collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs.
Work closely with the HR team to assess existing HR programs, policies, and processes.
Conduct regular catch-ups and 1-1 meetings with employees to understand their concerns, provide support, and gather feedback.
Ensure proper maintenance and coordination of HR tools and software systems.
Great to Have:

1+ years of experience in the HR field (brownie points if you have experience in an Agency)
Strong understanding of HR fundamentals and processes
Experience in partnering with leaders to deliver a consistent employee experience, and help manage HR operations.
Hiring should be a proactive process.
Identifying the talent that would fit the company and its growth mission
Strong organization, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Qualification:

A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in an HR-related field.
