Human Resource Manager

Location: NSP, Delhi

McLine Studios Private Limited is seeking an experienced, proactive Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing end-to-end HR operations, developing people strategies, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role requires a strategic HR professional who has previously served as HR Manager and is capable of partnering with leadership to support organizational growth.

• Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, training, and exit formalities.
• Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes.
• Drive performance management, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
• Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
• Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Mentor and guide the HR team while driving continuous process improvement.

• MBA in Human Resources (Mandatory).
• Minimum 8 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
• Prior experience working as an HR Manager is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Experience handling end-to-end HR operations in a growing organization.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in HRMS and Microsoft Office Suite.
